Healthy Reaper Day: One 4/25/11

So here i am with blood test results in hand. and it just brings back bitter sweet nostalgia because i remember when i didn't have to worry about Cholesterol. But again here i am with Slightly high cholesterol at the ripe age of 21. I have a wedding to be in on July 1 and I feel a bit uncomfortable in the dress that i have to wear. Not only are they making me cover up my best asset i have to actually loose weight to feel pretty in it. so lets get started on the basics. I am 150 pounds and 5'5. I carry my weigh well but unfortunately i don't think i look well.
I don't enjoy working out for the fact that i can simply not do them without shaking. I can ride bikes and run on tred's but push ups and anything in between im quiet weak at
I have a Kinect and im going to start from there with the Your Shape 'game'!
So here it goes for day one. I will list start weight and activities i participated in. how many calories they claim i burned and how long i worked out. Also im not good at diets but i will try. I didnt start off with a healthy breakfast. lets just end it there!

Today: I built up a sweat and i could feel my hamstrings burning away some fat! deffinately need to take a shower because i have work and since my body has been telling me that i have been doing something good to it i need to do something good for my coworkers....SHOWER TIME! See you tomorrow
